This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Yoodoo app and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Yoodoo.Service refers to the Yoodoo app.

‍Collecting and Using Your Personal DataTypes of Data Collected
‍While using Our Service, we do not ask you to provide Us with any personally identifiable information. The only personal data that the app uses is Your name, which is stored locally on Your device and not shared with Us or any third parties. You are also asked to provide your email address to access a 3rd party AI-coach and to receive marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time, and all email address collected by the AI-Coach are automatically deleted after 3 months.

‍Use of Your Personal Data
‍The Company does not use any personal data. Your name is requested only to personalize Your user experience, and your email address (optional) is only used to provide onboarding materials and an AI-productivity plan.

‍Retention of Your Personal Data
‍The Company does not retain any data generated within the app after from your email (optional) which is automatically deleted after 3 months, and can be removed by yourself by unsubscribing directly from the emails sent.

‍Transfer of Your Personal Data
‍The Company does not transfer any data to third-party entities.

‍Disclosure of Your Personal Data
‍We do not disclose any personal data to any third-party entities. The Company uses the Facebook ad SDK to track users that have come into the app via a Facebook ad, and the Reddit ad SDK to track users that have come into the app via a Reddit. No data is shared with Facebook or any other third parties in this process.
