Notifications

No more missed reminders or tardy task alerts. We've fixed the notification system so you'll never miss a beat. Stay informed and on track with timely, accurate notifications that keep you in the loop about your tasks and deadlines.

We got a tonne of feedback from user reviews, direct messages and more. it looks like a lot of users all wanted the same stuff. We're all about keeping things simple, tidy and efficient so have only add what optimises the current system. It feels really good now.

Anytime times

No more stressing over finding the perfect time slot for your to-dos. Introducing Anytime Tasks, which allow you to schedule tasks on your timeline without specifying an exact time. Now you can prioritise tasks by their importance and tackle them at your own pace.

Duration toggle

Time management has never been easier. The new Duration Toggle feature lets you set the duration of tasks with just a few taps. Whether it's a quick email or a lengthy project, you can now estimate how long each task will take, giving you a better understanding of your workload and helping you allocate your time more effectively.

Timeline - mark as done

Checking off tasks has never been more satisfying. With the new Timeline Mark as Done feature, you can now mark tasks as complete directly from your timeline. Say goodbye to opening individual tasks to check them off and hello to seamless productivity.

Timeline interval

Customize your Yoodoo experience to fit your unique needs. Our new Timeline Interval feature allows you to personalize the default time-block lengths, giving you the flexibility to create a tailored schedule that works best for you.

Calendar sync

Syncing your calendars has never been more convenient. Our latest update allows you to sync your iOS, Google, and Outlook calendars with Yoodoo's timeline. No more juggling multiple calendars or missing important events—now you can see everything in one place.

Onboarding

First impressions matter, and we've updated our onboarding process to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for new users. With updated images and copy, getting started with Yoodoo has never been more intuitive and visually appealing.
