Set up Yoodoo to work the way you work.

No two brains work the same — especially ADHD brains.
That’s why Yoodoo lets you tweak key settings so your planner fits your flow, not the other way around.


You can adjust all of this in the Main Menu → Preferences.


⏳ Timeline Interval

By default, the Timeline is set to 1-hour blocks, but that might be too chunky (or too chill) for your schedule.

To change:

  1. Go to Main Menu → Preferences

  2. Tap Timeline Interval

  3. Choose your preferred spacing:

    • 15 minutes

    • 30 minutes

    • 45 minutes

    • 60 minutes (default)

Perfect if you like tighter time blocks or more flexibility during your day.


📆 Day & Week Start

Yoodoo starts the week on Monday at 6am, but maybe your week kicks off Sunday… or your brain doesn’t switch on until 10am 😅

To customise:

  1. Go to Preferences

  2. Tap Day/Week Start

  3. Set your preferred start day and start time

Great for night owls, freelancers, or anyone not living in a 9–5 world.


🗓️ Date & Time Format

Live in the US? Prefer AM/PM? Want your dates in MM/DD instead of DD/MM?

You can change:

  • Time format (12hr or 24hr)

  • Date format (US-style or European)

To do this:

  1. Go to Main Menu → Preferences

  2. Tap Date & Time Format

  3. Pick the style that feels right for you
