I've found a bug, how do I report it?

Just let me know what happened and I'll get it sorted out pronto. After all, I want you to have the best possible experience using this app. So if you spot a bug, don't be shy - give us a shout and we'll get it fixed up in no time.

To report a bug, please send an email to ross+bug@yoodoo.app with the following information:
1. A detailed description of the bug and the steps you took to encounter it
2. Your device model and operating system version
3. Any error messages or codes that you received
4. Any additional details that may be helpful in identifying and fixing the bug.

How do I apply a promo code?

If you're lucky enough to have a promo code for Yoodoo, here is how to apply it to Yoodoo.

For Android (Google Play Store):
- Open Yoodoo on your device
- Open the menu and tap on 'upgrade to pro'
- Select 'Yearly pro trial 7-days'.
- Tap the payment method (usually a card you have on file or Paypal) - it's ok, it won't charge you.
- Tap on the 'Redeem code' option and add your code.
- Once the code is successfully applied, you will see a confirmation message, and the subscription will have been applied to the app.

For Apple (App Store):
- Open the App Store app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down and select "Redeem Gift Card or Code."
- Enter the promo code either manually or by using the device's camera to scan the code (if available).
- Tap "Redeem" in the top-right corner.
- Once the code is successfully applied, you will see a confirmation message, and the subscription will have been applied to the app.

Is Yoodoo really free? What's the catch?

Yes Yoodoo is totally free.

There are two versions for you to choose from: LITE and PRO. PRO is the paid version, and helps support design and development so I can make it even better for you.

LITE is the free version, perfect for light, occasional use. It's got all the basic features you need to get stuff done - albeit some limits, but all the features are there for you to use.

PRO, on the other hand is our paid version, this is for the serious action-takers. It's got all the basics of LITE but with unlimited everything! You get to choose the pricing option that works best for you: monthly, annual, or lifetime. Pricing starts from only $4 a month (when paid annually). That's 11 cents a day. Plus you can enjoy a free 7-day trial to try it out.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Totally. If you decide to upgrade to PRO it's only $34.99 for the whole year (location dependent).

Can I upgrade from free at any time?

100%. When you hit the edges of LITE a paywall will appear where you can start a free 7-day trial.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you will need to do so through the app store where you initially purchased it.

Here are the steps to cancel your subscription:

1. Open the app store on your device (App Store for iOS, or Google Play Store for Android).
2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Subscriptions".
3. Find the subscription for Yoodoo and select "Cancel Subscription".
4. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Please note that canceling your subscription may not take effect immediately, and you may still have access to the app until the end of your current billing period.

Any plans for a desktop version?

Thanks for your interest in a desktop version of Yoodoo! While I totally appreciate the love, I've made the tough decision not to create a desktop app at this time.

But hey, don't worry - this awesome mobile app is still here to help you stay organised and productive on the go.

How come you don't collect data?

Worried about your privacy? No worries - I've got you covered.

At Yoodoo, I believe in protecting your privacy, so I've made the decision not to collect any data from you when you download this app.  

So you download Yoodoo with confidence - your privacy is yours.

How does the free trial work?

You have 7 days and then your card is automatically paid as per the app store. The trial is only valid with the PRO upgrade.

Remember Yoodoo is completely free for light occasional use. So you can use it as much as you like without paying a single penny.

Do you have an ambassador program?

I certainly do. If you're a person of influence who absolutely loves Yoodoo then I'd be more than happy to invite you to become an ambassador for it. Learn more here.

I want to request my account and associated data is deleted
