This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Yoodoo app — and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. The short version: we collect almost nothing, store it locally, and never sell it.
Interpretation and definitions
Words with capitalised initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions, and apply equally in singular and plural forms.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf the individual is acting.
Company (referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Yoodoo. Service refers to the Yoodoo app.
What data we collect
While using our Service, we do not ask you to provide personally identifiable information. The only personal data the app uses is your name, which is stored locally on your device and never shared with us or any third parties.
You may optionally provide your email address to access our AI-coach and receive onboarding emails. You can unsubscribe at any time, and all email addresses collected via the AI-coach are automatically deleted after 3 months.
Your name never leaves your device. Your email (optional) is deleted automatically after 3 months.
How we use your data
The Company does not use any personal data beyond what's described above. Your name is requested solely to personalise your user experience. Your email address (if provided) is used only to send you onboarding materials and an AI productivity plan.
How long we keep it
The Company does not retain any data generated within the app, other than your email (if provided), which is automatically deleted after 3 months. You can also remove it yourself at any time by unsubscribing directly from any email we send you.
Who we share it with
The Company does not transfer any data to third-party entities, and we do not disclose any personal data to any third parties.
The Company uses the Facebook Ads SDK and Reddit Ads SDK to track users who installed the app via an ad on those platforms. No personal data is shared with Facebook, Reddit, or any other third party in this process.
Use of AccessibilityService API
Yoodoo uses the AccessibilityService API to power the App Block feature, which helps you stay focused by temporarily restricting access to selected apps.
