The Habits page has 3 powerful tools:
Repeats – tasks that reappear automatically
Quick-adds – pre-saved tasks you use often
Templates – full day plans you can reuse anytime
Each one helps you build a life that runs smoother, faster, and with way less stress.
✅ REPEATS
Automate the things that matter most.
Repeat tasks appear on your timeline automatically — daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Think workouts, journaling, admin, invoices, etc.
Repeat Types
There are 4 tabs for the repeat types:
Today – tasks due today
This Week – set weekly habits
This Month – monthly repeats
This Year – birthdays, reviews, etc.
To Create a Repeat:
Tap the ➕ at the top of the page
Create your task
Choose:
How often (e.g. daily, 3x/week, every 2 months)
Which days
How many times to complete it
Yoodoo gives you full flexibility for any task!
You can set exact days, or define a target like "3 times per week".
Displaying on the Timeline:
Tasks with set times appear directly on your Timeline
Tasks without a time go into the Anytime section at the top
Tap it to view your pending repeat tasks
Tick them off right from the timeline
Track Progress:
Tap the ✅ circle each time you complete the task
Green progress fills up as you go
Tap a task to view streaks and completion stats

Quick-adds are pre-made tasks you can drop into your timeline in seconds.
To Add a Quick-add:
Tap the ➕ on the Quick-Add tab
Add details: subtasks, descriptions, time estimates
Or Convert Any Task:
Open the task → tap Edit
Under Additional, toggle “Add to Quick-Add”
To Use:
On the Timeline, tap a timeblock
Tap the Tasks tab → switch to Quick-Adds
Tap the one you want — boom, it’s scheduled
🧩 TEMPLATES
Save and reuse full day plans. Anytime.
Templates let you save a full sequence of tasks (with times) and apply them to any day.
How to create a Template:
Two ways to do it:
1. From the Habits page:
Tap ➕ under Templates
Add tasks and timeblocks just like the Timeline
Tap Save to keep it for later
Or choose Repeat to schedule it regularly
2. From the Timeline:
Tap the Download icon at the top
Select Save as Template
It’ll appear in your Templates tab
To add a template to your Timeline
Go to your Timeline
Tap a timeblock
Tap Tasks → swipe to Templates
Tap your template to instantly apply it
💡 Final Tip
Repeats = automation.
Quick-adds = speed.
Templates = systems.
Use them together, and you’re not just planning your day — you’re designing your ideal week.
