Lists in Yoodoo
The starting point for every plan. Capture it all, sort it later.
1. Meet Your First List
When you first open Yoodoo, you’ll see your default list: “General Tasks”.
Two example tasks will be waiting for you — tick them off or mark them done with a tap on the ✅ circle.
Completed tasks drop to the bottom — tap the green “completed” text to clear them out.
2. Using Sections to Organise
Every list can be broken into Sections — like buckets to prioritise or categorise your tasks.
Tap a section name to rename or delete it
Tap the ➕ icon below the last section to add a new one
Some example setups:
Must Do / Nice to Do / Delegate
Morning / Afternoon / Evening
Work / Personal / Wild Ideas
🧠 These sections help you visually prioritise before timeblocking.
3. View and Create More Lists

7. Adding Notes (Android Only — for now)
Android users can also create standalone notes inside lists:
Tap the Quick Add bar
Select “Note”
You can type manually or use the mic 🎙️ to dictate
🗣️ Great for random thoughts, ideas, or brain blurts you’re not ready to turn into tasks.
(Pro tip: Notes can also be added when creating or editing a task.)
💡 Quick Tip
While the Timeline is the best place to schedule tasks, you can still schedule a task directly from a list:
Open the task
Tap Additional
Set the scheduled time from there
Lists are your mental inbox.
Just get it all out — Yoodoo will help you turn chaos into clarity 💥
